Teaching experience Lecturer at Brighton college of HIGHER EDUCATION(Pvt)Ltd 2022 - 2025  Plan, develop, and deliver structured lessons in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Java programming for GCE O/L and A/L students, as well as diploma-level learners.  Explain theoretical ICT topics such as computer systems, software applications, networking, cybersecurity, data structures, and databases using relatable examples and visual aids.  Guide students through Java programming fundamentals and advanced concepts including variables, control structures, object-oriented programming (OOP), file handling, exception handling, GUIs, and algorithms.  Employ interactive teaching methods such as live coding, hands-on exercises, coding games, group activities, and project-based learning to deepen understanding and retain student interest.  Conduct regular formative and summative assessments, including quizzes, assignments, mock exams, and practical tests to evaluate learning progress.  Provide one-on-one academic support and customized lesson plans to address individual student needs, learning gaps, and exam anxiety.  Offer coaching for national examinations, university entrance preparation, and ICT-related competitions or projects.  Utilize modern e-learning tools like Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, CodePen, Replit, and GitHub Classroom to manage coursework, share materials, and encourage collaborative learning.  Prepare and deliver recorded lessons for asynchronous learners, ensuring accessibility and flexibility.  Track and report student performance data, engaging with parents (for school-level students) to communicate progress and areas for improvement.
