I am Nipuni Amarasinghe, a passionate and motivated graduate with a strong academic and practical background in Information Systems Engineering. I completed my Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Information Technology, specializing in Information Systems Engineering, at the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT). Currently, I am pursuing my Master’s in Information Systems at SLIIT, having already completed the Postgraduate Diploma as the first year of the program. My studies have helped me develop a solid understanding of business processes, databases, software design, and IT systems that support organizational operations.

Alongside my academic journey, I gained real-world experience through internships and employment. I worked as a System Administration Intern at Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, where I supported system performance monitoring, managed employee records, and used SAP software for HR data processing and reporting. I also completed an internship in HR at Elzian Agro, assisting with onboarding processes and maintaining employee databases. These experiences strengthened my data handling, communication, and teamwork skills in professional settings.

Currently, I serve as an Academic Instructor at SLIIT. In this role, I conduct laboratory sessions for modules such as Business Intelligence, Database Management, Business Process Management, and Systems Analysis and Design. Teaching has helped me improve my technical presentation, leadership, and organizational abilities.
